
The Benefits Call Center serves individuals and families who are receiving assistance from the following programs:
- Adoption Assistance
- CalWORKs Child Only
- Food Stamps
- Medi-Cal
- Foster Care
The Call Center phone system offers a menu of choices to respond to callers' questions about the benefits they are receiving. Eligibility workers are also available Monday - Friday during normal business hours to provide assistance if the automated phone system does not meet the caller's needs. The phone system offers a bilingual option so callers can select their preferred language.
